4. Dan Draft LC atau BUKTI BANK kalau cash
5. Setelah sepakat / Revisi
( draft OKE )
6. Buyer's Company profile
7. Document penting akan diperlihatkan / diberikan
saat tanda tangan kontrak
8. Tanda tangan + dowpayment / tanda jadi / DEPOSITE
9. Survey
10. Sisa Payment

Export Procedure For Steam Coal FOB MV

The procedures are as follows:
Step Of Procedure :

1. Seller send FCO and document
2. Buyer send LOI ( as our specification,price / or as agree )
3. Buyer send Sales draft contract ( as our specification,price / or as agree )
4. Draft Contract should be contain buyer and bank detail and coal specification
5. ( seller and buyer make revise of Sales draft contract )
6. ( Seller and buyer sign Contract with JPG signature /file/email )
7. Buyer ans Seller Sign Sales Contract physically
8. Seller send draft LC
9. Buyer opening LC and Seller pay for PB
10. Buyer can come to office and take a survey
11. Arranging shipment / Vessel
12. Buyer arrange and send Mother vessel ( as time and date as agree / in contract )
13. Loading time 35 days max - 45 days after LC open

Next step is commission :)
